Description
The RMF offline filter OLUS4B60HB040540D is a so called “smart offline unit” which enables machine operators to keep their hydraulic oil clean and monitor contamination levels realtime in one economical installation.
The unit is provided with a quadruple housing (double length) containing 4 pieces RMF filter elements 60HB and built on a base mounted drip tray. Both a contamination monitoring sensor (CMS) and an oil quality sensor (OQS) are integrated in the RMF offline filter OLUS4B60HB040540D. Double RS485 to USB convertor for easy transfer of not only the CMS results but also the OQS results.
Equipped with fully connected and tested control box, the unit can easily be mounted to new and existing installations.
The CMS in- line contamination monitor sensor automatically measures and displays particulate contamination, moisture and temperature levels in various hydraulic fluids where ongoing measurement or analysis is required.
The Oil Quality sensor (OQS) puts you in control with real-time monitoring of oil degradation due to contamination and water ingress. Expensive oil changes are now based on oil condition, not on historical schedule.
