Filtration of water from biodegradable hydraulic oil

Two watercooled hydraulic power units, owned by IHC Hydrohammer, were contaminated with water. The Panolin oil needed to be dried before the start of a new project.

The solution for this water problem was a vacuum dehydration unit: the RMF Maxi Water Vac.

Water concentration both HPU’s at start: 420 ppm.

Water concentration after 7 days of running the unit:
60 ppm for HPU 1
20 ppm for HPU 2.
